I’ve always had an appreciation for people who can build something from nothing. My dad has always had a great knack for this – building some of the most beautiful homes in Northeast Ohio and engineering one of the most powerful Big Blocks to race down Dragway 42. While every young girl is told “dare to dream,” I quickly learned that my dad’s remarkable talents weren’t my own.
For me, I found a different outlet for my creative energy and one that continues to drive my curiosity and competitive nature today: communications. Whether it’s talking, writing, listening or making sense of the most ambiguous information, I help clients create messages that resonate with end users. And, just like the attention to detail in a blueprint for a dream house, creating a communications plan is unique to the challenges and needs of each client for which all tactics derive from. In my lifetime, I may never have a house or race car to prove my worth, but I will have words on paper that caused people to take action.
