Digital Project Coordinator

(Fully Remote Position)

akhia, headquartered in Hudson, Ohio, is currently seeking a full-time, remote Digital Project Coordinator to join our team. The Digital Project Coordinator requires a high level of collaboration across all agency functions and is responsible for providing end-to-end project management of digital campaigns and deliverables. This person will manage the execution of the tactical plan agreed upon by the client including coordination of internal and external resources, timelines, and team communication. In addition, the Digital Project Coordinator promotes and ensures that project management standards such as tools, milestones and approvals are utilized and followed. An effective problem-solver, this person must be proficient at anticipating problems and recognizing opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities/Essential Duties:

  • Provide concise and comprehensive end-to-end project management on assigned digital projects
  • Develop project plans and timelines to be shared with internal teams, vendors and clients; ensure all stakeholders keep to timelines
  • Document functional & technical requirements throughout the course of a project. Research and/or define technical requirements when more definition is needed.
  • Perform QA efforts on digital projects to ensure all functional and technical requirements are met
  • Ensure digital best practices are being met across managed projects
  • Identify process efficiencies and ways of working with our team to improve our process and help the team deliver on incoming requests
  • Actively engage with cross agency teams regarding deliverables and timing expectations.
  • Participate in client meetings and work with clients to ensure digital assignments are being executed according to the strategies set at the onset of the project
  • Flagging projects when change in scope or change in strategy occurs to supervisor
  • Assist with client reporting and translate and communicate data into actionable items
  • Assisting Director, Channel Strategy as needed

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience, agency experience is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing or related discipline
  • Knowledge and understanding of general digital marketing terminology and processes.
  • Experience or working awareness of marketing technologies including CMS, CRM, email platforms, etc.
  • Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics
  • Strong communication skills and comfortability in providing direction across all levels of the organization, internally and externally
  • Ability to manage numerous tasks in a deadline driven work environment.
  • Work collaboratively to create positive relationships with peers, clients, vendors, managers and others
  • Proactive, resourceful and strong problem-solving skills.

Physical Demands:
  • Consistently requires sitting for most of the day to complete essential job duties on the computer and telephone
  • Consistently requires auditory abilities to efficiently listen and effectively communicate with clients, vendors and staff to carry out essential job duties
  • Occasionally requires standing to scan, print and copy job related documents to carry out job duties
